WHAT IS WALL BALL?
Great stick skills (passing and catching) are fundamental to playing lacrosse. Ground balls, which frequently cause turnovers, are often caused by a bad pass or a failed catch.
One of the best ways to improve stick skills is by playing Wall Ball. The repetitive passing and catching with the wall teaches your body and reflexes the best way to handle your stick.

All You Need Is:
- A concrete wall or portable rebounder
- Lacrosse stick
- Lacrosse ball
- Your gloves
- Your helmet or goggles
- 20 minutes
Wall Ball Routines:
Here is a great routine for beginners just learning Lacrosse or Wall Ball:
- 25 right hand passes, right hand catches
- 25 left hand passes, left hand catches
- 25 right hand passes, left hand catches
- 25 left hand passes, right hand catches
- Repeat as many as you can in 20 minutes
- Time yourself and count the number of balls dropped to set goals for the next time
